Never received my order! Then advised could not send replacement. Will not use again!

Reply from First Class Watches:

I'm very sorry to hear that there was an unexpected problem with DPD delivering this item. This is very rare however we have raised it with our account manager as this is not the service we expect for our customers. I can see that unfortunately we were out of stock of replacement for this item so a full refund was processed.

Lovely watch however with failing eyesight the dial was difficult to read. Return and refund was handled immediately and professionally.

Already own a couple Duckworth Prestex watches but wanted a dress watch. You could do a lot worse than buy the Centenary. A beautiful and stylish watch at a great price. The service and delivery from First Class Watches was fantastic

I bought a Thomas Sabo bracelet, which was on offer at a really good price. It arrived quickly and securely, with good communication about the delivery. It is lovely, and will be perfect as a maid of honour gift for my daughter.

I managed to crack the glass on my old JUNGHANS Mega Solar Watch and, very unfortunately, it exploded whist under repair with another company. I didn’t imagine that I would be able to find a suitable replacement, but First Class Watches had one for sale which I really liked and which was also very good value.
Their service and communication has been excellent and I’m delighted with both my purchase and with First Class Watches, and can thoroughly recommend them
