Everything is fine. The watch is lovely . Service was great . I highly recommend first-class watches

Purchased couple of Garmin quick fit straps as I was not certain of which colour would look best, arrived promptly and the return of the unwanted one was very easy and the refund was processed instantly.

Disappointing so far. Order placed online and arrived very quickly. However, whilst fitting the new strap to my wife's Mondaine watch one the pins broke off (the one allowing the actual pin to fit into the watch.) Poor quality which makes me wonder if this is an genuine Mondaine strap!!
Anyway, I have returned the strap (plus the broken pin) to First Class watches (they received it 2 days ago, requesting a replacement strap.
I will be interested to see what their customer service is like.
If it gets sorted to my satisfaction, I will leave another review but so far not very good.

Having tried a variety of variety of silicone and 3rd party Garmin watch straps without finding the right strap for me I decided to bite the bullet and buy the Garmin Nylon strap, it was expensive but having now worn the strap a short while I am very pleased with the purchase and would definately reccoment First Class Watches for choice delivery and price

the packaging of the watch and the watch came in good condition I bought the watch because of the good reviews about it and plus this watch model is officially sold only to the British market
