Bought a G shock model online and whole process was excellent. Really good service and fast delivery. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

My wife bought me a Tissot T Touch Connect Solar as a birthday present. Ordered from First Class Watches on the 7th January who had the best deal on Google. Purchase was very easy and simple. Watch arrived in 2 days carefully packed via DPD. The watch was brilliant but let down by the Tissot App which was a disaster, only working some of the time. I returned the watch on 11th January explaining the problem and received a full refund in 24 hours. I can recommend First Class Watches 100% for their service and value but suggest you read the reviews for the Tissot app beforehand if making a purchase.

Just got this watch. After finally pairing, I love it!!! It does have a flaw. It appears only to be able to link/sync/pair to 1 cel phone at a time. I paired it up with my Android work phone with no issues. Then tried pairing up to my iPhone with no luck. It now did not work with my Android. So, like a previous owner, called Tissot, I also experienced long wait times for Tissot support, only to fix it myself. For the record, it appears, you have to set watch back to factory settings, also uninstall the app on cell and reinstall the app, resign in, and complete the pairing process all over again. It also took a few times for the process to complete.

Great watch strap that was easy to fit to my Garmin 6x Pro. Tough looking and hard wearing.

Bring the big 50 this year, I wanted to treat myself to a best watch. Having purchased a few hand wind / automatic wind watches over the last few years and then decided I didn’t like them, I came across this watch. Swiss made timepiece that I love. Minimal in design but has the class of any decent watch. It arrived a few days after purchase made and although I’ve got to put it away until my birthday in February, I still keep having a sneak peek. Great watch for the price with plenty to catch your eyes where detail and quality is concerned.

Excellent watch, looks good, feels good and am very pleased. Unfortunately my previous seiko went missing after 20 years of excellent service so if this one performs as well I will be more than happy.

The dial looks so nice and well-printed. The rotor makes some noise but that's acceptable. Good value
