Unfortunately it will be sent back as although it’s supposed to be an extendable choker it isn’t as it’s too small for my neck

The watch is excellent. and my wife loves it. There is a small problem. which I have already rung you about. My wife has big wrists, and the strap is not long enough, another 1cm would solve the problem, any chance?
