I always wanted this watch, It came yesterday after 1week. Casio had stock problems. It looks great. Large dial, loads of features,good alarm,stopwatch,looks the business. the only and main problem i had before returning it was the fact that a night when turning the light on you could not see the hour hand. Also the numbers had glow in the dark paint but not the hands, poor for casio. If this was rectified by casio it would be perfect.

Bought to replace my wife's broken 15 year old tag. Nicer and cheaper than current Tag designs. Looks even better in real life; elegant but not too overstated for everyday wear. The fact that it is solar powered and will never need a battery appealed as she was used to paying £40 every 18 months to replace a Tag battery. Excellent customer service, £30 cheaper at the time bought than the nearest online retailer. A winner!

I bought this watch for my wife's birthday, her old battery operated watch kept stopping and she wanted a new everyday watch. I liked the look of it on the website but it looks even better in real life. The face is nice and small and it is really thin and light. My wife is delighted with it, especially because it has a five year warranty and will never need batteries!

I was thinking….. what should I get for my partner this year ?
So after recently purchasing a citizen eco drive for myself and being rather impressed with it, I thought a his and hers would be quite appropriate. So I scoured the internet looking for options and found this little beauty via First Class Watches (whom I’d also highly recommend) and thought immediately that the Citizen EW1270-06A was the one !
When it swiftly arrived the very next day ! I decided instead of opening it I’d show it to a female member of my staff to see her reaction and she was most pleasantly impressed with it stating “its not dated
or modern and funky, new or old and “it has a clear dial for reading the time” and it feels very comfortable on the wrist, the packaging is nicely designed and if I we’re your partner I’d be very happy with it, perfect”.
So perfect she thought and perfect I thought.
 
To summarise I’d say it would make the perfect gift for a friend or partner, it’s a very high quality watch and with the added bonus of the eco drive meaning you’d never have to change the battery I highly recommend the EW1270-06A to any ‘a’ lady

1)For the chunky,ruggid look
2)Definently the appearance
3)G shock makes it durable,dual digital functions are appealing on an analog face.
4)Dissapointed with the actual clock size excluding the face surround.I find it a bit small although it looks bigger on the net.Hands not as luminous as I thought they would be.Difficult to see the digital details when hour and minute hand are in the half past position.
5)I use it to time my runs at 5am and for walking,cycling,kayaking etc.

EDIT: Sorry,I forgot to mention too in my first review that although it stipulates on the advert that there is a count down timer function.....there isn\'t one.So just a little dissaponting on another count.Thanks for the review function.Maybe my comments will be useful?

This was bought as a gift for my son who is serving in the forces. He wanted a "cool" but rugged,tough and resilient watch so we looked around and decided on a G-Shock.This had all the features he wanted Digital and analog,world time zones back light. It delivers all these things and more. A great watch at a great price.

Absolutely first class service, watch ordered Thursday night, online, I rang on Friday lunch, to CHANGE the order, order arrived at 10.21 a.m on SATURDAY. fantastic service, cheap prices, lightning fast delivery times, unrivalled customer services. This is a gift for my brother on his birthday. The dial has combination of different colours with digital display making the watch very attractive. Dispatching on time is also an important factor and i'm totally satisfied with it. My brother was so happy and he adimitted that this is the best gift he has ever received.
