Ordered a new £420 watch and this company sent out an item with no tags, no protective films and the back of the watch covered in scratches. Clearly they tried to get away with sending out a returned item as a new item.

Disgraceful and I will never use this company again. Dreadful behaviour.

The photos of this beautiful Tissot do not do it justice, the quality and feel are top quality and it is a pleasure to wear on my wrist. I am delighted. I am also a woman and find it a perfect size and so clear to read. Thank you First Class Watches for such a fast delivery.

I rather foolishly ordered the wrong size replacement straps for my Garmin Fenix running watch - it was delivered and as soon as I realised my error I phone and Raymond sorted out a free returns for me, The refund was in my account the following day, and I re-ordered the correct straps. I am very impressed with the deliver (and returns) speed, the prices and the customer service at First Class Watches - I would definitely recommend and will buy from them again.

Beautiful watch, although a little overpriced (MSP) for what it is. FCW summer sale discount helped persuade me to buy. Ordered Friday morning, arrived next day.
