I thought I was paying over the odds, but it’s a nice looking watch so gave myself a present.

What a mistake. Around 6 weeks after my purchase, I caught the crown on the edge of the door and it popped right out. Withings advised they couldn’t fix it and suggested I buy another watch with a 25% discount:-

They took 11 days to get back to me and only responded after I had to send a follow-up email
They explicitly stated they do not have a service centre and could not fix it (and suggested I don’t try to get it fixed elsewhere)
They seemed more interested in establishing that the damage was “out of warranty” than providing any real help (when the initial request doesn’t even make a warranty claim).
They think a 25% discount on a new £500 watch (to replace another one that didn’t last 60 days) is a generous offer
They give the usual short shrift about being a client and quality focused organisation.

I will say for the short time I used the watch it looked good - but the app was not as user friendly as, say, the fit but app. The notorious crown is quite fiddly when scrolling through heart rate, steps, etc.

Just don’t do it.

Delivery took quiet a lot of time, but worth the waiting

The Boss watch I ordered looked even better than it looked on line , packing was good delivery was prompt will defo being ordering from first class again

I got lucky with this watch as the fixed bezel lines up and it runs 15 seconds fast which is better than 15 slow with the non screwed down crown. Feels solid but the bracelet is total garbage. I put it on a crafter blue strap which is much better. Stylish but has got three stars for the crap bracelet and use of hardlex.

Wiederholte Probleme mit dem Uhrwerk, die vom Hersteller und Verkäufer nicht mehr behoben werden, da die Garantie abgelaufen ist. Die Uhr funktionierte für 2 Jahre, jetzt ist sie noch schön anzusehen, aber die richtige Uhrzeit kann man an ihr nicht mehr ablesen. Deshalb kann ich sie nicht weiterempfehlen.
