Exceptional service and great quality

Very good price, efficient next day delivery.

A good basic watch from Citizen which will obviate need for batteries and has a 6 year warranty. Looks good, dial small and restrained. The only drawback is the leather strap which is formed in a rigid circle by the way it is packed and presented. This makes it uncomfortable to wear but hopefully it will soften up with time. Firstclaswatches website is excellent for finding the watch you want and I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic watch, great size, very well finished, comfortable on the wrist and great value.

My friend send me this watch as a gift. I used this watch only 7 to 8 days within 2 months. With in those days it has been discoloured. And their customer service wasn't good. My friend returned this watch to fix it and she is waiting almost one month but they didn't give her any update about the product.
