Fantastic purchase ❤ I bought a necklace for my daughter for Christmas & it come on time & was absolutely stunning I'm over the moon with it & on an even better note it was a lot cheaper than anywhere else ❤

Watch arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was delayed by a day but that was to be expected with the current pressures on the couriers. The price paid was by far the best I could find. Website was easy to use and purchase was simple. Can't complain about anything. Would definitely recommend First Class Watches to anyone.

Nice watch, only gripe, maybe I'm thick, but I had trouble working out how to fasten the strap, no instructions for that!

Bought this for my teenage son. Called as I couldn’t believe the discount and placed order and it arrived the next day! They shipped it so fast and with such good discount I didn’t mind getting the bracelet adjusted. Perfect execution and the watch makes me smile. Awesome job all round

Watch arrived with 4 days DPD delay, watch was in wrong position inside the display box and glass and rotating bezel without pvc film protection probably same in the back watch

I am very sorry to hear of the issues with your order. Unfortunately we are seeing delays in some area with DPD as many companies are using them as an alternative to Royal Mail due to their regular strikes at this time.

It would appear that the watch has worked its way off the display cushion while in transit so I am very sorry for this. If the watch has been damaged by this we can arrange for it to be returned for a replacement. I can see from our system that this Seiko was delivered in to us from Seiko UK on Dec 2nd and is a brand new item. Please note that Seiko don't use as many covers as other watch manufacturers as they send them to us in bulk using polythene bags and the presentation boxes are sent separately. We then take the watch out of the polythene bag and put it on the display cushion in the official box before sending.
