My 'Mondaine' Watch 'big date' was as described, an excellent design, a very good price and delivered the next day. I had a question regards why the watch was already running but thanks to the service professional explanation given by the service manager, who explained 'all watches are tested before they are delivered'.
I have never bought a watch before on line but have no hesitation in recommending 'First class' as an excellent company who care about their customers.
