Ordered my latest watch on Friday pm, arrived by 11am the next day. I have used this Company before and the service is as the name suggests..."First Class".

Excellent service, I ordered a watch initially showing a 5-15 day lead time, I received it in 3 days.....and it was cheaper than anywhere else.

I am very happy with my last purchase. everything was smooth and it was the less expensive with Firstcalsswatches if you compare with other websites. I was delivered very quickly. The product was perfect as in the description. I definitely will recommend this website. Thank you

Not the best purchase... wrapping worst than eBay and the h10 strap box not sealed so to be honest I'm disappointed because it's not a cheap product so I expect more. I do not have an issue with the actual product that I purchased but based on the fact of wrapping and product box not being sealed it's only two stars

Reply from FCW:
I'm very sorry to see your HR strap did not arrive in perfect condition. I am not sure whether Polar seal the boxes on their straps but I can see that the box is certainly damaged. We try our best to securely wrap all orders but it looks like this one has been damaged so my sincere apologies for this.

We would recommend returning the item for a replacement in this case. I will send you a separate email with a returns label link if you would like to do this.

Once again my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused,

Watch is as good as I expected. People from first class watches were very good in responding to emails and answering any questions.
