Excellent delivery the watch is a present for grandson

As is sometimes the case, things didn't work out as hoped for, but First Class Watches were very understanding and professional.
So, although things didn't go as planned on this occassion, I'm grateful to FCW for the way they resolved the issue and as a result, I will not have any hesitation in shoppng with them again and based on my experience, I recommend them.
For resolving the issue, FCW get 5 stars, but there was a problem so overall, 4 stars.

I have bought a few items from First Class Watches. I go back to them because they have excellent service, a competitive price with other companies, and the goods arrive when they said they would. In this case, it was a replacement strap for my Garmin Fenix.
Woudl defintly recomend using them

Another good looking watch from Victorinox that can be worn for many different occasions. Slightly smaller dial than many, but the steel case makes it look bigger. Very solid with a good quality rubber strap. This is a new model, but bought at a very good price especially with a further Black Friday discount.
