This is the second time I have used First Class Watches. The website is easy to use and ordering was straightforward. The watch arrived the following working day, as promised. I am pleased the watch looks like the website picture and I am happy with the watch, bearing in mind I have had it for a few days only.

I would like to mention first of all how impressed I was with the whole experience starting from the website, right through to the purchase. Very user friendly and I found exactly what I was looking for. I had a particular watch in mind and I was amazed to find out I could benefit from a 10% discount as a new customer. Imagine my surprise when that offer was to be superseded by a 15% discount for the Hamilton brand. This made the purchase an easy choice as it was a price that couldn’t be beaten.
The delivery process was excellent and I was kept up to date along the way and I had my watch less than 48 hours later. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be recommending people to use First Class Watches for sure.

First Class Watches, First Class Company. I ordered the ‘House’ Khaki Automatic after seeing Hugh Laurie wearing one on the TV series of the same name. I ordered it online and had a slight problem, which was quickly sorted out by the excellent customer service.
My watch was delivered two days later on the day that I had chosen. It was well packed and in perfect condition.
I am very happy with my watch and very happy with the service from First Class Watches.

I searched the internet for a Garmin Venu 4 and all the options were similar on price, however what made First Class watches different was the various payment options. The different Garmin choices were as comprehensive as buying directly from Garmin, however First Class watches delivers much more quickly - to my husband disappointment!
