The watch was on backorder for over 4 months (the usual Casio supply fiasco with desirable new releases), and when it finally came back in stock there was an issue with my original payment method. I've no idea what that was but FCW let me know promptly, I rang them up with updated details and I had the watch on my wrist less than 24 hours after that phone call.
I can't fault the service on any way, the watch was exactly what I expected and at a good price and FCW got it to me as fast as they were able.
Overall, FCW did a to job and I'd have no hesitation about using them again.
