My first time buying watches on line, Rowland at FCW made it an easy experience, great communication and knowledgeable. The watches arrived next day, very well packaged and the watches are just as I hoped for. Fully recommend FCW and will be back again.

Amazing service from First Class watches. The straps arrived so quickly and were exactly as described... they are quite expensive, but that is just the price that Garmin charge, so nothing First Class could do there...

Purchased a watch from this company. Delivered on time and well packaged. It actually arrived a day earlier than quoted. I’m very pleased with the purchase, it’s not the most expensive watch but it was just what I needed for an everyday work watch.

Love the watch, much better looking in the metal, simple to adjust the strap, free delivery next day, looks way more expensive than cost. What's not to like?

Really pleased with the service and the quality of the item, when I placed the order I made an error that was entirely my fault but the customer service department were really supportive and friendly and more than happy to assist in rectifying my mistake, the item was delivered promptly when it said and the fact they size the watch for you is impressive - very pleased will recommend and shop again
